Flasky reach engine — 60-post sprint to 1M
RunningHYPOTHESISThe glassworks can produce 60 high-quality animated reels in 30 days (2/day, IG primary + TT cross-post). That volume lifts Flasky cumulative reach from 23,686 to 1,000,000. Animated series accounts convert reach to followers at a stable rate, so we optimize for reach and treat followers as downstream.
Jul 2026DevHumor badge v2 — hook aesthetics fix
RunningHYPOTHESISThe v1 badge series lost views (median 1,312 → 669) not because of the badge itself but because its colors clashed with the hook text — the appearance was jarring. Restyling the hook so its font/colors match the badge (overall more pleasing look) recovers views while keeping the credibility signal.
Jul 2026DevHumor official-look conversion test
InconclusiveHYPOTHESISatrivo.labs (DevHumor) gets lots of views but few follows because the account does not read as legit/established. An official-looking logo with a verified star on every post signals credibility and lifts view-to-follow conversion.
CONCLUSIONPer the pre-registered middle branch: legitimacy may help — keep the official badge on all posts (it costs nothing and didn't hurt), stack the end-of-post follow tagline next, and don't expect branding alone to 3× conversion. For a rigorous v2, run badge on/off ALTERNATION so both arms share account momentum and bio-path noise, and score with per-post Follows ÷ views. Method lesson for all future conversion experiments: scraped account-level conversion is an upper bound only; IG per-post Follows is the verdict-grade metric (manual in-app tally or professional-dashboard export at close-out).
Jun 2026 — Jul 2026Code One default switch: Browns vs Reds
ConfirmedHYPOTHESISGateron Brown switches are a better default for Code One than the original Gateron Reds — quieter on our 3.0s, tactile feedback Reds lack, and a better all-rounder for the builder audience.
CONCLUSIONOfficial switch change: Code One ships with Gateron Browns instead of Reds. Boards stay hot-swappable so Red-preferring customers can swap. Full notes in code-one kb/product/keyboard/design-decisions.md.
